Hi Lisa... Thanks for getting touch. Unfortunately, Credit Unions are no different than banks applied to the article. I have received quite a few emails from folks who are concerned. I can't give advice, but I can say that there are many avenues to protect your savings if you do careful research. For myself, I have my precious savings allocated in a way that I am not terribly concerned and I read the economic news daily and have a plan B ready to go quickly. Thank you for your quick response! I didn't know if C.U.'s being owned by the membership made it a safer bet. I am diversified in gold and silver....so I guess I need to lean more that way. Thanks again. Your article was very informative, and telling on how corrupt our "representatives" in D.C. are.
